In addition to T&T and hosts Jamaica, the other participating countries are Barbados, French Guiana, Dominican Republic, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Puerto Rico, Antigua & Barbuda and Guyana.

Last year, T&T did not field a team in either of the men or women team events.
